Testliner is a cardboard with a machine smoothness and high stiffness and push resistance. It is intended for use as a flat layer during the manufacture of corrugated cardboard.
One of the main features of the testliner is that the outer seam is specially and additionally processed. It is subjected to surface gluing, treatment with additives. The purpose of this is to provide the testliner with additional qualities. These include frost resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, breaking resistance and compression resistance.
Characteristics
Depending on the mechanical indicators are issued brands KTP, KT, KT1.
The cardboard is produced in rolls.
100% of the waste paper is used as raw material.
The testliner is released according to the specifications 21.1-00292652-014:2010.
